In this video I talk with Brian Whitney (brian.whitney@ncr.com) from NCR. NCR has a full suite of software and services for cinema front of house. This includes POS terminals and software. A specific feature I really liked about their solution was the duel screen POS terminal that can use the second customer facing screen as an input/interactive device with the customer. In this case a seat selection tool.
This is a good example of how moving to the new digital cinema projection systems AND digital display and POS (Point Of Sale) systems can be used to improve the client experience.
