Its been a big year for sony in the HDR area. They have the only commercially available HDR mastering monitor currently available for order. The BVM-X300. 4K, 1000nit, EDR capable.
Along with this they also have the PVM-X300, a larger “Client” display with a unique 4 quadrant display system.
This allows each quadrant to be setup to display different luminances, colour volumes etc all next to each other. Ideal for dealing with this multi deliverable world of HDR, Rec.2020, P3, Rec709.

In this video I discuss these new tools with Gary Mandel and how these products focus on the new HDR workflows.
